Temporary Position
Main activities: • Manage an integrated coms strategy for Airbus in Russia for all divisions ( aircraft, helicopter, space) • Develop a comprehensive and coherent communications plan with objectives setting, key messages, target audiences, timescale. Define and propose the relevant tools and means to deliver it. • Raise the Airbus profile in Russia and CIS, support the business. • Manage relationship with the media in Russia and CIS, regular update of the media base. • Writing press-releases, backgrounders, factsheets, pushing feature stories on company products in the media, preparing ITW with company spokespeople. • Acting as a company spokesperson ( providing comments to the media, TV, etc) • Advise and support top management from the region as well as from HQ for media activities (speech writing, preparing Q&A and LTTs) • Manage social media content and activities for Russia (VK, and FB) + close collaboration with social media in the region to make sure that key Airbus stories are published for the wider audience. • Managing key events and exhibitions in the region (preparing listing of key events, ensuring Airbus presence, preparing logistics and overall coordination of the participation) • Crisis communications management Developing creative B2C campaigns in cooperation with key stakeholders Support Customer events (deliveries, milestones, etc.) • Manage CSR activities in the region + support key Airbus customers in their CSR efforts • Advise HQ on regional advertising opportunities, creative content and media planning • Managing the work with the PR agency • Update and manage AH webpage in Russian, ACH webpage in Russian (regular update of the content), proofreading of the Russian section on the corporate website ( when needed), update of the regional section on the internal website ( when needed)
Requirements: • Higher professional education + degree in linguistics (English, French); • Professional writing, translation skills • Extensive background in communications for at least 3 years in international company(aviation sphere would be an advantage); • Proven record of successful campaigns planning, development and implementation; • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills in Russian and English; • High level of communication skills; • Excellent organizational and time-management skills; • Ability to work in multitasking, dynamic and proactive mode.
