Creative people for Art residence in Saudi Arabia Requirements: • Aspiring artist, artist, curator • Higher education (art, culture) or confirmation of artistic activity • Proficiency in Arabic or English, autonomy and ability to organize life and work in an art residence • The idea of a project related to the local historical area of Al-Balad (Old Town), a pedestrian area of the city, which is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site Responsibilities: • Residents will have the opportunity to get acquainted with local traditions and customs, talk with experts of the art sector, to participate in events, as well as travel and learn • It is expected that at the end of the art residency participants will be able to show the public the results of their research (even if they are not finished).
