#от3до5лет #Ереван #АбуДаби Lawyer (middle level) RESPONSIBILITIES: Help with the registration of a set of intellectual property rights in the Russian Federation and the EU/USA (trademarks, copyright, design, patents, etc.), experience with patent attorneys will be a bonus; Prepare agreements for alienation of intellectual property rights, license agreements, contracts of authorship for creation of intellectual property objects (audio, video, art content); Assist with the corporate structure segment of the group of companies (maintaining foreign and Russian companies, share/share transactions, working with company shareholders, etc.); Work with providers (corporate agents, financial institutions, etc.) and external consultants; Assist HR with tasks requiring legal involvement; Handle tasks in the field of personal data protection and information security in RF/EU/US and other countries; Support a wide variety of contractual work (from office leasing to corporate cab service). REQUIREMENTS: Good English reading, writing and speaking skills; At least 3 years of experience in IT/IP/Gamedev; Basic knowledge of English law (dibs, don't google what waiver and indemnity are); It's great if you are passionate about the gaming industry, we appreciate it; Negotiate effectively (verbally and in writing) with counterparties and partners; Use task trackers, be responsible and diligent in your work.
