Project is related to digital transformation for the government sector. The main goal is to design and implement custom open source solutions and substitute external ones (like IBM, SAP) to decrease costs. ▫️Needs: 🔎 Digital Government Transformation Program Manager - will be responsible for translating thoughts of the key stakeholders into actions within the streams, managing the streams, supporting risk management & manage project risks, and control the progress 🔎 Digital Product Manager - will design and conceptualize the product "service as a government", look into it from different angles, design necessary flows between multiple systems and work on seamless customer journey for the end users ▫️Level of candidate: Manager ▫️Requirements: - 5+ years of relevant experience - History of working on projects in MENA region - Experience within consulting firms is an advantage - Proficiency in English both spoken and written ▫️Core Skills needed: - Understanding of digitization (digital transformation program expert) - Understanding of the MENA region (the mindset of Saudi business) - High level of client service commitment and facilitation skills - Ability to work and contribute effectively in teams composed of colleagues and client members - Has the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management ▫️Date of project’s start: early September ▫️Duration of project: 4-6 months ▫️Workload: Full time project based contract. ▫️Work format: Onsite mostly in KSA.
