Responsibilities: - Generate ideas, research data, and A/B test hypotheses to improve the business - Analyze the customer base for insights, including behavior patterns, cohort analytics, and customer segmentation - Develop operational tools and client policies to drive overall revenue and profitability - Manage initiative implementation to significantly impact business revenue/profitability in the long term - Track and analyze operational, economic, and customer experience metrics - Create actionable dashboards and data-driven decision-making tools to support business stakeholders.
