Getting to conclusions, after throwing away January-announcement distortion, the most suitable periods to start your Early stage and Late stage fundraising campaigns are February, March and May. The most improper periods are April, August and October. If talking about Seed stage you should concentrate your efforts on April and June, but forget about May, August and November.
