Fixes Dashboard RPC messages (set group, set workername, set Bitcoin Address)
Pause/Skip frequvently restarting algorithn/miners combinations. When we detect a miner/algorithm combination in a restart loop we will skip to the next most profitable combination.
Clear old miner-plugin binaries on miner-plugin updates (we keep only last 3 versions)
Show NHMWS pending connection. Added loading circle animation to the GUI.
