Typhoon Hinnamnor has hit South Korea with devastating winds. Hinnamnor had peak winds of 127 mph and gusts up to 155 mph, according to the United States Joint Typhoon Warning Center. The Korea Meteorological Administration said strong winds and heavy rains are expected across the country on Tuesday.
